  Deserves 0 stars. I called about getting a key replaced and the man on the phone was having a hard time understanding me. I kept explaining that the key AND the remote were push to start. He kept raising his voice saying "I know the car is push to start, what about the remote?" I responded with a very detailed description of the remote, that it only had buttons, no flip out key, and he hung up on me. EXTREMELY RUDE! DO NOT RECCOMEND!

  I pride myself on knowing my business and my customer service. And I have been in business long enough to know that you can't please everyone. But I will not be silient and let you try to control the narrative in this situation when you are wrong. You call me to get a quote on a key for a 2014 chevy cruze. You said it was a push start vehicle which was not the problem. The problem was vehicles that year did not have the type of remote that you stated you had. l looked it up on several different resources to make sure of it before i told you wrong. Thats why i was asking you to describe it for me. You got adgitated because you had to keep repeating yourself . Those who have done business with me know that I ask a lot of questions in order to rule out things to get a better understanding of what you may need. I was correct about the remotes for that year vehicle. You were incorrect about the year . The key you were describing didn't come out for that vehicle until 2016. Secondly I had no need to get loud with you. In situations such as this i would say, "sorry i don't think im going to be able to help you" . I would tell you to have a good day then i would hang up. Like i did. But you called back just to tell me you didn't appreciated me getting off the phone. I was curious as to why would you call back if you felt that i was disrespectful towards you in the first place? So when i asked you...you hung up on me. I figured this would be your next step to try and smear my business with a bad review. I appreciate all my customers no matter who they are but you Ms. Winters are the rude one and you don't even know it. I do not "RECOMMEND" you as a customer to anyone.

  I love this company. The best quote I could find and I called multiple places just to see. When I say the difference was huge!! Over $100 saved by going with this company. And when I got there I also chose to add on an extra service and the owner was able to help me right then and there also for an amazing price. You have to go with thrasher! Tim the owner is a great, quick, and a family man. I got two remote keys programmed for two different cars and a copy of a car key and it took under 30 minutes for all of that.

  You can't out do Mr. Thrasher the man will go beyond what it takes to be a business man and a friend. I had locked my keys in my truck . I called Thrasher Locksmith on a Saturday morning, his day off he stopped what he was doing and came and helped me. To me this is the kind of person that has earn my trust and business. I hope somewhere down the road of life I can return the favor.
