  Great experience! Gary was quick to respond and arrived in 15min. He knew exactly what the issue was and had the parts on hand. Our lock was fixed and ready to go before we knew it!

  Website says opens at 9:00 but they don't have an office and you can't make an appointment so you just have to wing it the day that you need something done like a simple set of car keys cut!!! The person I talk to on the phone it was not helpful at all..... Horrible customer service! Will find somebody else... Can I give negative stars!?! Update... Called the Lock Doctor in Lee's Summit and they have a shop, person I talk to was articulate and we set up an appointment for in the morning! They charge less and seem to want business! Shocker!?!
