Just had 3 First Impression security screen doors installed and needed all the locks rekeyed to match the house key. Jeff at Lock shop did a great job. Quick, professional and the locks are actually smoother now than they were originally. Very reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend!  Will use again.

I had six locks replaced at my home Jeff who done the work was Awesome. Jeff was here at the quoted time, he was  quick and efficient. He even made a small adjustment to my door so it would close properly. Everyone who I spoke with at The Lock Shop on the phone and email were so professional and helpful and  gave me what to expect when Jeff arrives.
I highly recommend them for all the services they provide. I just wish more companies out there were like them.  They are a Family Owned company and it really shows how much they take care of their customers from start to finish. They deserve 10 plus stars and I do highly recommend them.

If you need your locks changed, new keys made, or need help finding the perfect lock to suit your needs look no further! I have used this company for many years and the service they provide is outstanding. They handle all of our rentals and I can always count on them. The office staff is outstanding and Jeff is amazing. Oh, and if you're looking for a marine grade combination lock for your pool gate you have to call them. They really are the best! Very timely, courteous and professional!

I needed a new key for my truck and they were unsuccessful! They won’t reimburse me for the code of the key. I could understand if the job was done and I was able to drive off in my car. But unfortunately that wasn’t the case! The employee who went out was awesome but the woman in the office is straight disrespectful!!! I definitely do not recommend!!! Don’t pay until they get the job done other wise you’ll be screwed if they aren’t able to get it done and still expect you to pay!!!

Good Morning Deanndrin, I am sorry you are displeased with your experience with us. We went above and beyond to get you taken care of, but you refused for us to come back on site with additional key blanks (which is what your vehicle needed) to complete the job. You are located over an hour away from our shop so unfortunately the turn around time does take a little bit more than usual . We did state over the phone when speaking with you about the origination of your vehicle that you have to pay for the origination charge upfront because of the distance away from our shop and you agreed and were perfectly fine with this. You were not charge for anything that you did not receive or that we did not complete. We also did not even charge you the mileage or service charge for the two hour trip that you originally agreed to due to the inconvenience of the situation. Our family does everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction, but unfortunately you cannot please everyone. Have a wonderful day!
