  Was blessed to have this man make a key for my vehicle. I'd lost my key and was told by the Toyota dealership, I'd have to have my vehicle towed to the dealership so they could make & program a new key. Only thing is I'm about 45 minutes from the closest dealer. But Jim from the lock shop saved the day!! He came out to the house and was able to make me a key & program it himself! Would highly recommend & most definitely will use him again. Was extremely knowledgeable & swift! Has great customer service skills as well. If you're ever in the same predicament as myself, don't go to the dealership, call Jim & I guarantee he can help you!!

  Iv had to call on jim several time. Won't use anyone else he come to my yard in Spencer cuts keys programs them and everything right there. Iv even sent my customers to him as well. Thanks Jim for the great work you do. You've never let me down. I imagine I'll see you soon..
