  I gave these guys a very dated key lock to have re-keyed. I’m happy they were patience enough to try and get it done. Sadly the key was just too old and brittle and ended up cracking. Without hesitation they offered to let me choose another set that I was happy with. All in all I’m super impressed and with the communication and friendliness of this company and their turn around time was amazing.

  Stopped by this shop last week after not being able to get a particular key made at ACE Hardware. Upon arrival I saw a sign saying they work now by "appointment only"... I called the number on the sign and guy answered. I told him I was there and wanted to get a key made.. He told me to "text him a picture of the key and he would see if he had it" ...I texted and picture and waited several minutes with no response. I texted him again and asked if that was something he could do... He then called me again and he said he thought he had that type of key. He said he was working at another location and would call me "right back when finished". No call ever came.....
