  Courteous, kind, professional people! I called to get a quote first and the person on the phone was patient with me and took note of all the details to give me an accurate quote. When I called a day later to make an appointment, they were able to fit me in within the next two days. Our technician Jerry was great to work with. Not only did he complete the rekeying as we'd requested, but also fixed a misalignment with one of the bolts. I highly recommend the Lock Clinic to fellow homeowners!
