  I had service done today and Ellen was awesome, she worked quickly and proficiently. She was aware that I was on a meeting call and didn’t disturb me until she was done. She even offered to re-key my other door. Thank you for the service, I’m excited to use our new keypad entry door!

  I contacted the office for a residential request. They promptly answered my call and answered all my questions. I had purchased novelty keys online as a gift and was finding many locations would only use their own keys when duplicating. Thankfully Flaying locksmith was able to duplicate my keys using the novelty keys for me. The keys work perfectly, would recommend them to anyone.

  really don't deserver 1 star!! Very unprofessional and will never call or recommend them again!. Made 2 appointments with confirmed times??? The 1st one was changed by the technician himself without notifying our office. Then made a 2nd appointment at a time that was not even convenient for me (7:00 am) because I needed to have the door checked out. Guess what no show, called the office and was put on hold for 10 min with the staff trying to locate the technician?? There are better locksmiths that are much more professional out there. I guess if they work for you then your good but otherwise i would steer clear. Overall UNRELIABLE!!!

  Hello Gina, I am sorry to hear about the multiple scheduling conflicts. Our apologies for the inconvenience that must have caused. This is unusual because we typically can never give an exact time or arrival (due to traffic, weather and circumstances on previous jobs) and technicians are not allowed to make scheduling changes. Our dispatcher controls that. So, if someone specifically gave you a time, they should not have. We also don't start until 8:00AM, so I am unsure why you were told 7:00AM. I looked up your name in our system and cannot find you. Would you please email [email protected] so we can sort this out and get you taken care of?
