  I had a broken door frame that was splintering. The technician was nice, helpful, and honest which I appreciated. The problem was worse than initially thought, but he made my door functional and told me what next steps I should take to correct the cosmetic damage. It was pricey by my standards ($190 for one hour of work - $90 for the service call and $100 for labor), but I'm relieved that most of my problem was resolved, and the technician was good.

  We've had a door issue for some time and have wasted time, money, and energy with failed attempts by other companies to fix it. We finally reached out to TFL for a better solution. It was a very smooth process. An incredibly professional technician completed the work and the install was excellent. Wish we would have called them sooner. Highly recommend.
