Texas Premier Locksmith responded to my phone çall right away, out of the 2 other places I called. The two gentlemen that arrived were very  knowledgeable in their work. I would most definitely be calling these guys in the future!!!

Prompt service.  Arrived at our location in a timely manner and after unlocking the car door, even assisted in search for lost key, inside vehicle.  With no luck on key find, they proceeded to make key to get us back on the road.

It was freezing outside, and almost 8PM when I called. The young man arrived within an hour and communicated well along the way. He unlocked my car quickly and did it with a smile.

Called to have my key redone as I had lost my others. Was told if I found them they would still work. They do not. So your vehicle might not ever use the keys you initally had and they will try to charge you another 100+ dollars to come fix it. Have no explanation other than well evidently thats what your computer does. Was not told that is a possibility or that it "could" occur. Would not recommend and will never use again. Terrible practices to try to get more money out of people.

Dakota took the time to explain what he was going to accomplish. He was professional and courteous arrived promptly.

Jeremy not only arrived within minutes of calling but went to work immediately on our issues. He was very informative and educational to my Husband and I as he provided us with step by step of his process to ensure our permission and understanding. Jeremy was incredibly professional and resolved our issues in less than 2 hours, his payment process was fast and easy! I cant thank Jeremy enough for his work, 5 stars isnt enough!!!

Fast and courtesy also was least expensive.  Programed new key fob and key for my Town and County van. All less than a hour after my call. Work was done at my home .

Jeremy exceeded my expectations after having wasted almost 2 hours  trying other services prior to contacting Premiere.  Jeremy contacted me almost immediately, provided accurate ETA and fee structure details, worked quickly and took great care with my vehicle.   Overall,  The entire experience took about 30 minutes from the time I place the call. Very professional very courteous and of great value to me in my time of need. Do not waste your time,  I highly recommend contacting Texas Premier Locksmith  hands-down.

I got locked out of my garage. Jeremy did a great job. He was very polite and worked quickly. Once he got there, it only took about ten minutes for him to open my garage. It took less than thirty minutes for Jeremy to arrive after I put in the request. Another company told me it would take over an hour.

I see a lot of reviews complaining about hidden charges. I did not have that experience. I was told there was a $30 fee for the technician to come out, which is completely reasonable. Why should they show up for free? It’s a business after all. I was also told the total price would depend on the job. Once they know the details and what method they need to use, they will give you a quote. If you don’t like the quote, you don’t have to use their services. If in doubt, ASK.

Overall, great experience. I would recommended Texas Premier Locksmith to friends, and I will use them again if I ever need their services.

Yesterday I called this company to have a lock change. I given an appointment for today (6/21/19) at 1:00 pm. The box I need re- locked was located in a storage unit. I arrived at the arranged location at 12:45. At 1:05 I called to ask if anyone was still coming, since no one had called me. At the same time Jeremy (the person who was supposed to be there) tried to call me. Because I could not answer he said he give my appointment to the next person put that he would be there in 30 minutes. At 2:57 he called saying he could be there in 23 minuets and if I still wanted him to come. I asked if he was being serious. He hung up on me and canceled the appointment. I call the company and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was placed on hold. I called back and was told I should find another company. But that a superior would call me back.
