  I was from out-of-town, so I called a day before to schedule remote services. Redd was very professional and did not filibuster my time. The prices were very affordable.

  I set an appointment one week in advance. I called back to confirm. Appointment was between 12noon and 2pm. At 2:30 I called and spoke with locksmith. He told me he was running late but would be here. Three hours later I called again and could not reach him. He never showed, never called! The receptionist is of no help. These people are rude, unprofessional and just plain jerks. Don't waste your time or you may end up waiting a week for an appointment and hours waiting for nothing that day.

  Ryan went and picked up an ignition cylinder for me after I paid for and and installed it very quickly and was super helpful. I would not have been able to go to work the next day if it weren’t for him being so accommodating.
