  Stopped by with a key fob that I thought wouldn’t work to start my SUV. They showed me that I was, in fact, able to use the fob. I just had to use it inside the vehicle. So, I will just keep it as a backup for now. They could have easily told me it doesnt work and that I need to purchase a new one. So glad they showed me options and let me make an informed decision. The crew working today were quick, efficient, pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend Ted Hall Locksmith for all your asset protection needs! Thank you for the great customer service experience today!

  Omg this is the best experience I’ve had when it has come to get service for my car. Tom is very great professional and efficient. He told me one price and it was a cheaper price and said I’ll be waiting about 20 minutes but I waited 12 minutes. He fixed my key fob and I didn’t have to buy a brand new one. Thanks Tom and Ted Hall Locksmith you guys are the absolute greatest. They will continue to get my service when needed!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Ted Hall has been my go-to locksmith for all the time I've lived in this area (over 30yrs). They are reliable, professional, responsive and I trust them (qualities I wish I could use for more providers).Can't say enough good things about their work --they call in advance, and arrive when they say they will arrive and resolve the issue(s) quickly. Can't ask for any better.
