  I called and asked if they had a physical location and was told I can pull up next to the parked van at their address and call them. A man came down (I wish I remembered his name but he had a black beard) and replicated my key using the blank I provided. It was done in like less than 3 minutes. Amazing service thank you!!

  Unfortunately, I do not recall the technician's name but he was called to our location at a beach near Camp Pendleton at around 7:40pm. We had lost the key to a 2008 BMW, the key fob was busted but still worked to start the vehicle, we just needed to get in! This was the second technician sent to our "difficult" to find location. Our technician was working in the dark for most of the time with the flashlight from his phone and the lights of his work truck aiding him. He work diligently and after a few unsuccessful attempts was able to get the passenger door open! We all celebrated :) The car battery was also dead from the car alarm so he was able to give us a jump and waited until we had restarted the vehicle a few times after the jump. Very nice, patient and hard-working! Unlike the first technician, who tried a few times, said that can't get into a BMW and told us to call AAA again for a locksmith and just left, did not offer to put a call in or anything. It was a odd as I've never experienced such a dismissive technician. Thank you Surfside Lock and Key!!! I'll be sure to let AAA know of my excellent service!

  I cannot remember the man's name, my husband spoke with him, he was amazing! He unlocked our car so quickly, I was incredibly grateful. I want him to get credit for the good review it was Tuesday 2/23/2021 around 5pm at the dinosaur park in laguna woods. Amazing service, me and my little ones really appreciated the help and how swiftly and competently he worked.
