  Eddie was great. I was on my way to Naples to one of my businesses and most locksmiths were out of the way. I needed to make copies of one of my mailbox keys for a commercial property of mine. He was about 10 minutes from me, and got me in and out within 5 minutes. Amazing service and I plan on using him again.

  Initially I was impresses with the response and service. I had a sliding glass door lock that was out of alignment as well as a front door that also needed minor adjustment. I paid135 dollars. 4 weeks later, the sliding glass door has same problem. After 6 calls and messages, no response. This company is not professional nor does he stand by his work.
