They are disrespectful pos’s. My aunt brought her car in and they ended up messing up her ignition. Instead of apologizing and eating the cost of their mistake they decided to add on the cost to her bill. When she said something the guy at the counter threatened her and said that if she was a guy he would jump over the counter and punch her in the face.

If your car key fob battery needs replaced and the screw is too tight for you to do it easily yourself, go to Sure Lock & Key without delay.  I was shocked how inexpensive it was, and I wasted so much time and money trying to loosen that darn screw myself. I almost look forward to my next car key fob battery failure now.
