Well my girlfriend lost part of her key and the locksmith was there really quick, he made my girls key in what seemed like a minute.we were really pleased with his work . He had us back up and rolling and we were still  able to go and do what we had planed without any delay. I have their number in my phone I wouldn’t think of going to any body else..

I locked my keys in the car so, called them cuz they were the closest ones.

A meek sounding man boy answered. After getting all the details about my car he could still not tell me how much it's going to cost to open the driver side door.

Instead, he said that there will be a $39 BASE charge for getting the locksmith out there (and by "out there" I mean 2 miles cuz that's how far I was from their shop) and then there will be a $39 BASE charge for the locksmith attempting to open my car door. TWO base charges! So I say $80 correct? And he says "no, that's just the base charge".

In other words he wanted me to write him a blank check.

Throughout the phone call he kept pretending that car locks are somehow these super mystical creatures and that each one of them is a unicorn its own right and that the locksmith will EVALUATE the lock on my car and THEN decide how much is going to charge me. Are you kidding me?? I work on cars so I know how car locks work. All car locks are the same if I had the tools I would have opened it myself.

Do not fall for their vague pricing strategies it seems like their plan is that once they're at the location they try to rip you off for as much as they can.

The meek man boy hung up on me when he realized that he could not rip me off since I insisted that he be upfront and accurate about the price. Wow!

Scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out, and they never showed. When I called back to see if they were coming or not they said they don't come to my area, call somebody else. How do you schedule an appointment and then tell someone they don't come to your area.... Seriously.... wast of time. They don't even answer the phone using the company name.

Needed an assistance with unlocking the car was told it’d take 20 mins for the guy to come over to do that. One hour later the guy called and said he got stuck at the other job and would take him 35 mins to arrive. Me and my son had to wait at Subway during COVID 19 pandemic.

The front door lock of my house was jammed, so I called these people to fix the issue. Their locksmith arrived on time and repaired the old lock. He also rekeyed some old locks and provided me with a pair of new keys. I am very impressed with their locksmith service!

I have used their locksmith services many times and always got satisfied with the excellent work. Their technicians are very prompt and professional about work. I have never faced any issue with them. Highly recommended!
