  I mean I'm giving this 4 stars based solely on the gentleman that helped me while there. And I'm using the term helped loosely as he really just tried to find a blank to work with the lock I had lost a key for. I asked what they could do since I still was locked out of the item I was trying to get into, basically he said I could go home and drill the lock out. I mean in my mind, that's why I would come to your shop. I don't have the foggiest idea how to drill locks and put tumblers in. I ended up going down the street to Goldy locks where they also couldn't find a blank, but promptly drilled out the lock, and installed new tumblers. Simple as that.

  I called Suburban Door Check & Lock Services today after scheduling with a competitor and reliazing that my Emteck Lock was in need of servicing. Ben called and came within an hour and he had our lock operating again and even leveled out the door to make sure it met the lock properly. I will definatley use them again. So glad I looked on Emtecks site to determine who sold my busilder our lovely Emteck locks! Ben even lubricated teh frint door too. I will always use them for my lock service.
