  I bought a $1,200 front door from them. It had some dings and dents (after carefully inspecting...that they said was perfect initially). I also mentioned that it looked crooked/hanging in the frame. <<<just being honest with them but they said no; and they pressured me into buying it with $50 off or someone else was going to scoop it up. I gave in unfortunately because I was in desperate need of a door of this style which I felt like was a bargain. My bad. You'd think a "small business" who's been around would be trustworthy...right? Wrong. So, with a lot of previous construction experience, I brought it home to have more time spent on installing it to get it as right as possible vs what they claim to have sold me. I had a total fail getting it to smoothly open/close right into an absolutely perfectly plum/level opening and they basically laughed at me after that. Point here being, do not fall for the Strollos like you're getting a $3k door (or window....I've seen them too smh) for less bc it will cost you more in labor in the end. Unfortunate lesson learned here. Hopefully this will save someone the headache of what I've went through. They get them cheap to sell cheap and still make a profit for a reason. Buyers beware...sadly because I had high hope for them and drove quite a ways fora great deal for a quality product.

  Ordered a door and had them put a window in it and when they did so they messed up cutting the hole to big. They didn’t tell me until I picked it up and then wouldn’t compensate me any.
