Prices quoted over the phone were denied in person and we were over charged. Although the new locks checked out fine and worked, they failed to install them well and I had to reinstall a part to even keep my front door shut. Wouldn't waste my time with them again, just do some research, getting new doorknobs/locks is easy enough to do on your own.
