Locked keys in truck toolbox. Guy showed up in broken down car dressed in sweat[pants and t shirt. He broke into my toolbox in 2 minutes and charged me $125. Asked if he could make me a copy and he said no. Spent $125 for a 2 minute job and didn't even get a spare key out of the deal. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

Great service and great customer service especially from the technician. I lost my apartment keys on Sunday night after my party, called them and they came within short time and helped me with reasonable cost.

These guys were great, and so easy to work with. I was helping out a neighbor, and he recommended them. I can see why. I called and quickly made an appointment, and they were here at the house right on time! They came in, were polite and friendly to me and the baby, helpful in answering my questions, and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith.

What an absolute pleasure it was to work with this company specifically STL Local Locksmith.  I have had to use them a couple times for business, and they have shown nothing but class.  STL Local Locksmith is great at keeping you updated on when you can expect him to arrive.  He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest and fair.  I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a true professional locksmith.

We had STL Locksmith come out to change a few locks... The Technician was 45 min late, he left a mess for us to clean up. We requested four keys, he gave us three, damaged the fourth and never offered to get a fourth replacement key. Left it to us to replace. Then charged us $2000.00 for 2.5 hrs of work. For this price, we expected a much more professional job with all the keys we paid for. And when we called the office to discuss this...we we're met with an extremely rude person that told us that "there was no one is management to speak to.

I had two smart locks and three different pieces of door hardware installed which were completed very quickly with professional results. Very knowledgeable and experienced folks! Prices are fair and reasonable, and will use them again if the need arises.

I went to 3 different locksmith in LA (all great reviews) and neither of them got it right. I finally came here based on reviews and they STL Local Locksmithtified that there were issues with my original key after I already got back home. Cuong came a few hours later (didn't charge me a cent for the trip) and brought me 3 sets of keys-tested them in my house and  they worked. Amazing service will come back to duplicate my BMW 3 series key ($200) and my garage door opener!!

My experience was far from terrible!  STL Local Locksmith  is open every day of the week until at least 8 p.m.  I showed up and no other customers were around so I was helped right away.  The guy who took my keys looked at my house key and realized it was a bit "weird" so he had to cut a key twice just to get a good copy.  I was so glad he actually scrutinized and did the work over again since the copy he made worked perfectly.  I was totally happy with the copies I got since they all worked in my locks.

While performing the repair, he was also able to make other adjustments to the springs and to the key barrel, and the lock is now working perfectly.  STL Local Locksmith explained every step he took to repair the lock and encouraged repairing mortise locks over simply replacing with new ones.
