  Lost key fob in desert after a long day of riding. Called and got excellent same day service Ozzie and Charlie were very friendly, professional & got the job done in no time! Definitely recommend! Thank you Ozzie and Charlie!

  They are Beyond awesome. My little son lost my key to my car and I called up Sterling cuz I used him before Ozzy came out try to get it going making a key unfortunately we ran into a hiccup of my key code they cannot find it due to my type of vehicle so wasn't on them they went ahead and took my module out took it down to the shop to double-check the code. They even tried letting the computer recycle 3 times to try and get the code to read. He end up ordering me another module they came back out once the module came in. Even going made me a spare key for like $80 form beginning to end it was like really really gray and Sterling and his team went out of their way to help.

  I lost my keys while at the river, I called AAA they got ahold of sterling steel locksmith. He arrived at my location within 35 min of my call it took 35 min for my key to get made. They were fast proficient and very well mannered.
