  Called to make appt - answers without mentioning company name. Got an appointment for 3 pm. Didn’t show so called back at 3:20 and there was no apology, he simply said ‘I’m on my way’. Then I asked for a revised ETA and he simply said ‘I’m on my way.’ At 4 pm I was still waiting in my car and called back to tell him to cancel. He said I gave him the wrong address - 2326. My street number is 2325. I would have seen his car and nothing’s passed and why didn’t he call for directions if he couldn’t find it. Rude. Unprofessional. I used this company before and was pleased years ago, but will not use or recommend again. Can’t even get a service call arranged.

  I spoke with the gentleman at Spring Valley at about 10:30 am. He wasn't sure he had the key fob for my car in stock. He said he would check and call me back in 15 minutes. After not hearing from him in an hour, I began calling him with no answer. I even left a message on his voice mail. After about 20 attempts, he finally answered the phone at 4:30 pm. He said he had the key fob and he could meet me at the car at 10:00 in the morning. The next morning he didn't show up. When I tried to call him there was no answer and his voice mail box was full. At 2:30 I still had not been able to reach him. I just had the car towed to the dealership. The guy never showed up or called to explain why he didn't come. Don't waste your time with this guy!
