  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my friends were locked out of my apartment at 1 in the morning. I spoke with someone on the phone named Brian. He took my name, address ,and a call back number and he told me that he was on the way with no ETA. we waited for him for 2hours. we kept trying to call and he never answered the phone. we wasted time waiting for him when he informed us he was coming. He never called back. By the time we gave up on him all the other locksmiths in the area had no appointments. never use this company. communication is terrible. People there don't care at all.

  Kevin Pruitt was my technician. He showed up super fast. He was very professional. Couldn't have had a better one. Pop-A-Lock is amazing! They made the whole transaction very easy. Just signed a couple papers and it was over.

  Leave it up to me to lock my keys in my house thank goodness I actually had my phone and was recommended this company bc James is simply amazing! He’s quick and very personable unlike some people that work w the public and assured me I wasn’t airheaded that this actually happens a lot! Haha hopefully I don’t do this anymore but if so I will be calling back here and requesting James!
