  The older man who works there, could be the owner or possibly the manager is the absolute worst. By his own admission when I went to their location for a plate for the door at work, I was polite, professional and calm. He admitted this to me when I asked why he would not assist me. He said he knew what I needed, had it in stock but simply refused to get it. When I asked why he got loud, belittling and stared cussing and screaming. Then he said I could either leave or he'd call the cops. For no reason other than he was discriminating against me for the way I looked. It was nothing more than unprofessional, unprovoked hatred towards a potential customer with no valid reason at all. I would avoid this place at all costs cause you never know, he may try to have you arrested too for trying to purchase items in his store if he doesn't approve of what he sees when he looks at you.

  Hi Mike, Wow the way you framed your visit was far from what transpired. You seem to have left out important information. I do remember hearing about your visit. So I reviewed the video footage and this is what I witnessed. 1. At the time of your visit it was during the Omicron surge. As stated on our entry door. We were requiring that customers and employees wear mask. 2. We kept the door locked and remotely unlocked it if you were masked. 3. During a delivery, you walked in UNmasked. 4. You were asked politely several times put on a mask. You ignored the request and acted like we were speaking a foreign language. This went on for quite a while. 5. Since you were doing a good job of disrupting our business and other customers, and would not leave or comply, calling the police was the only option left. I understand that you don't want to wear a mask ( I would rather not too). But we run a small business and care about our employees and customers. Some people do not care if they get Covid, that seems like you. But other people (employees, customers, family and friends)that I care about do have legitimate reasons to care. Including death. That being said, I request that you find a different source for your future needs.
