  My truck was giving me faulty pcm codes so I ordered a refurbished, programed pcm. I read an article that stated that I would need to reprogram my keys and camshaft position center. I contacted Southern Autolock and explained what was going on. The gentleman that I spoke to explained, in detail, that the likelihood of my problem being an issue with my pcm was nearly 98% that it was not my pcm but a fuse or relay issue. He even went so far as to say that if by some remote chance that it was the pcm, how to reprogram the key myself. Wow! Honesty in today's society. I was floored. He could have told me that yes, it is the pcm and that he would have to relearn my keys himself. He was willing to lose a sale just to help a stranger. I don't no about the rest of you but that goes a long way with me. I guarantee you that if I do need a lock expert in the future, I will certainly use Southern Autolock. Believe me, I won't waste time writing a review unless someone does something wrong or in this case, an honest company. Everyone will surely take time to write negative reviews but when someone helps, it seems like it just goes to the wayside. Thank you Southern Autolock!!

  I have used him on several occasions very friendly, polite and fast. HIGHLY recommended and very knowledgably about the different types of keys.
