  I took a simple jewelry box in to repair the lock. Well first of all. It took 3 months. I am not exaggerating. I couldn’t believe it. I always thought highly of them. Because they’ve been in business for so long. No one would call me back. After being told so many times. I’ll call you back. I would go in. Just get run around. After 3 months. I just didn’t want to be lied too anymore. I took it back. Each time I asked for a manager or owner. Another lie or he isn’t here now. I heard that all the time too. If you do go. Good Luck!! What frustrated me most. It seemed like they just didn’t care.

  Called for lockout services on a Monday. No one ever called me back. Very unprofessional. Will not ever try to utilize them again. Definitely DON'T recommend.

  I had several keys made. I found my mailbox keys wouldn't work (too thick as I had requested a heftier key be made). I returned them, they remade thinner keys, which work. I was thanked for returning so they could "make it right"! Such service!! Great place to go for keys. Always my first choice.
