  My husband and I decided to buy the Nest Yale lock for our home. I contacted Eric, the owner of Smith Lock Shop and he got back to me right away and confirmed a date for installation right away! Our house is an older house (built in 1940) therefore the hardware is older. Eric was very knowledgeable about everything. Even the hinges that were not secure! After installation, Eric made sure the codes all worked and the lock was fully functional. I will definitely use Smith Lock Shop in the future and I highly recommend this company!

  Eric Bates, the owner/operator, is professional, knowledgeable, highly experienced, careful, thorough, and reasonably-priced. He has serviced my large law firm to our full satisfaction for the past two decades. Eric provides careful, precise modifications to woodwork when the lock situation requires such work.
