  I have a person I normally use in Cleveland, (I'm in Chatt)my kids(in Cleveland) have been sick so I didn't want to go up and not see them so I goggle and found another reviewer with same issue as my car, mykey, so I called and got Matt, $25 more but worth not driving 28mls, he set price and time, same day service, took him about 10min and done! Thank you Matt for fixing my mykey issue. Would recommend

  Matt went above and beyond the call of duty. I called with a non-emergency. I needed a duplicate key to bypass the MyKey feature on my new car and after being busy around 3:00pm he still checked in with me and showed up at 10:30pm (in the rain mind you!) to resolve the issue. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Shield Locksmith & Security and will be calling in the future for any "locksmithing" I need done!

  So great! Came out on a rainy Sunday and made a new key for my car after it got stolen!! Very nice and better prices than other places around Chattanooga!! :)
