Horrible. They do not pay. My company has around 90 franchised locations and they owe us collectively approx $45,000. They owe our location $500. They have been paid by their customer and won't pay the subs who did the work. Now their Attorney wants to negotiate. I wonder if their Attiorney requested payment up front? My next call is to the Oklahoma Attorney General.

Beware Beware!!!! Do not do business with this company. They do not pay there vendors. The have been in financial  trouble now for two years. I wish I would have know that before they called me 5 months ago to do work. Knowing that they our in financial trouble  they are still calling vendors and setting up accounts and not paying. That's just theft. Security Solutions just pay your vendors.

Vendors beware! They are not paying their bills.

Prepare to carry unpaid invoices indefinitely or do NOT accept work orders from them

i am a small locksmith shop in michigan. i have done work with security solutions for many years. over 15 years. i have tried collecting on past du invoices multiple times  from 12-5-19 through 3-2-2020. we have been ghosted wont answer or return calls. i am very disapointed in this buisness.  they have stiffed this very small buisness out of over 800 dollars. just pay your financial obligations.   jeff Gale owner operator of the keyshop in midland michigan. veteran owned buisness.

I have done business with this company for over 8 years with multiple properties incorporating security systems and monitoring in commercial and residential applications.  Personnel changes in their organization have created a pretty incredible disruption in the level of professionalism we had previously experienced.  No communication between management, billing, or tech personnel.  Excessive billing increases from cycle to cycle (in some cases more than double, I assume in the hopes that we would not notice).  And nothing but excuses when they have been called to action to justify a mistake or crazy price increase...We have patiently worked with the current personnel for nearly 2 years in an effort to correct the myriad of problems with their services with no noticeable improvement.  In my experience you can easily throw a rock and hit 5 different companies in this industry that could provide better service than Security Solutions has been able to provide us at this point.  That would be my suggestion.

The fact that these folks took over a year and a half to respond to my original review should tell you all you need to know about this company's level of professionalism.  I also find it very interesting that in the very same week that their response appeared, they received eleven 5 star reviews from folks with new accounts with no review history.  The ONLY other reviews they've received outside of mine in the past two years.  And all in the same week?  Convenient.
