  Just moved to Brighton and locked myself out of my new house. John was here within 20 mins, and 5 mins later I was back in! Gave me tips for re-keying the old locks as well as some upgrades. Chastity in the office was also extremely helpful and thorough making sure that John would have the proper equipment when he arrived.

  Amazingly helpful, polite and professional. My husband's backpack was stolen out of our rental car while we were in San Francisco. We were locked out of our home as a result because the backpack contained our keys. (I know, live and learn.) Joel made a trip in the dark freezing weather to meet us at our home and to help us get in. He has also replaced locks on our front and back doors quickly and expertly. I highly recommend this company. They definitely CAN be trusted in all ways, and that is high praise indeed, coming from me!

  Security Lock & Alarm installed a facility access control system at my office in August 2019. Their service was excellent! Post-installation support has been exceptional as well. Very happy with the work they performed!
