  I’ve purchased expensive outdoor power equipment in the past , never a problem but this year I purchased a chainsaw and accessories paid too much but was in a bind. I brought it home and it never worked right brought it back was told I flooded it and took it home and it finally started after several attempts, I just needed it for a small tree that came down and I put it away for 3mos . I tried to use it again won’t start called the store because I wanted to return it and was told once I leave the store they don’t take returns so I’m stuck with this piece of garbage. I won’t be doing business with these frauds again, I don’t know how they have been in business for so long it apparently has gone way down hill

  Not only do they have a great selection of products, but they have a very understanding, helpful, and dedicated staff. I went in there in search of supplies for my Girl Scout Gold Award project (painting murals and new shelves at Greater Waterbury Interfaith Ministries' food pantry), and they made sure I got everything I need. Thanks to them, this was possible:
