  I had a key emergency and Mr. Shaefer responded right away even though it was after normal business hours. He gave a great service at a great price. He also made sure I was fully taken care of before he left my location. I would highly recommend this business even though I hope to never need a locksmith again ....lol!

  I did call and request a lock out service after I locked my keys in my car. I had a conversation with the locksmith and told him I was in a meeting until 4:30pm that day, Monday. I was surprised when a co-worker came in to tell me someone was attempting to break in my car. When I went outside, I was really surprised to find out the locksmith was in my car going through my console. The time was 4:10. I walked up behind him and asked what he was doing, he looked suprised and said he was looking for my keys. That is when I said, the keys are plainly on the dash. Not recommended! BEWARE!
