Sarasota Locksmith Service tech was amazing! He returned my call immediately, communicated prior to appointment, showed up on time (actually before I arrived) and completed our project in 15 minutes at a VERY reasonable price. Great company! I've shared this company already with all of our friends. If I could give 5 + starts I would.  Wish all service companies ran their business like this.

A professional team. Excellent service. The locksmith came on time and did the job quickly and without any chaos. He also fixed some other locks too that was not told over phone. He was very friendly and reasonable priced. Nice experience. Am grateful for the service.

Sarasota Locksmith Service was very professional. Arrived as expected after two other calls. Diagnosed problem with storm door lock and repaired problem. Went over and above original problem by repairing other problems with lock. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again if needed.

These guys were seriously awesome to work with. They tried to troubleshoot over the phone at no charge before coming out. They kept in touch with me on the wait status, and had a new keyless entry, with my car up and running in under an hour. The price was completely reasonable and fair, which was my concern with any cold call in a stranded situation, but the other reviews convinced me. I'll recommend them to anyone, and call them again if the need ever arises.

I give this place a 5 star rating based on my experience with them.  A week or so ago an older lady had locked her keys in her car at the car wash along with her phone.  She asked me if I could contact a locksmith and I really didn't know who to call.  So I goggled locksmith and there were multiple options, although this company was the third one down.  The gentleman who answered the phone was very professional and courteous.  The customer service that was given was a 10 out of 10.  From the time given and up to the arrival, they were very accurate in time.  I am not for sure how it went after the gentleman arrived and I left, but everything before that was very professional and done in a timely manner.

Great service. Called and got an exact quote. Called back an hour later and got the voice mail. Received a call back quickly and quote did not change. Gave an arrival window of 20-25 minutes and was on time. Pleasant and professional and got me in my house quickly. Was reasonably priced too!

Great experience! He installed two digital locks with a new style handle on two doors in under an hour! Very professional.  I messed up our appointment the day before (got the time wrong) and he was super understanding and quickly rescheduled with me.  Would certainly use again!

Fast, friendly and honest. This experienced team helped us feel at ease when we got broken into over the weekend during a drive across the country. The locksmith came to our rescue quickly and when he could have taken advantage of our emergency situation, he gave us a fair price. Very friendly, efficient, helpful, and fair prices. I had 3 locks changed on a snowy night and they were on time, and tested all the keys and lubed my locks. Highly recommended!

Great service! Had to get my new homes locks changed. He was so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I even had to call him back to do one more lock. He came back the next day and got that job done quickly, too. I will definitely recommend him to my friends & family.
