Mary put a solvent on it and was able to restore it to working order, so I did not need to purchase a new one.  And she didn't charge me for the help.  Thanks Mary. I work in property management so getting specific building keys is very important and particular - Mary always takes care of us and we never have an issues. We used to go to Home Depot and the keys always turned out bad and unusable. This is the spot for dependable service.

Fast! In & out in 20 min for a new car key with remote.

I wanted to get a couple of deadbolts rekeyed (so all house doors use the same key). Huge waste of time and money!

First, their business hours listed here are wrong, their office is actually only open M-F. Also, when I showed up at 3:30 PM on a Monday, they were out to lunch (again, not mentioned here or on the website) so I had to wait around for half an hour.

When I finally talked to someone, they now tell me the price is $35 / lock for rekeying! This is way more than it costs to just buy a kit to rekey them yourself! So instead of giving this company your business, buy a rekeying kit on Amazon, watch a 10 minute YouTube video on how to do it, and save your time and money.

It was a long day at work. And I lost my key to my car. Ugh. One call to san jose lock smith I was able to get a new key made so fast and professional. Thanks

I have come about 5 times and every time it has been closed and I say it is open.  very bad experience

I did a lil DIY for making a spare key for my car ! However being the novice I am, when at the store Mary asked (I am sure that’s her name) if I need programming and I said I am good I transferred it from my old key. But I am glad she double checked it else The DIY would have definitely costed me a bomb ! She was courteous, nice and helpful ! Definitely recommend
