  I can't say enough good things about this place. The customer service is the best I've seen in a long time. The sales people have more patients than you can imagine when being asked a million questions. They're Tremendous help and extremely knowledgeable. All around great experience wish there were more places like that!

  This company is very unprofessional. They randomly decided one day to just close the doors at their North Bangor location. No notice. Big surprise to employees as they show up for work one day with a note on the door saying they are no longer in business. Very, very poor way to operate. If Google allowed no stars, that's what it would definitely get!

  This company does not honor it's warranties and I am still waiting for a replacement window that has take more than 8 months to get replaced. I have had plastic over my window all winter because this company can't get me a replacement.
