Roni Israel was very efficient but I was concerned with professionalism since he arrived in an unmarked vehicle and I couldn't tell what company he was with. The receipt left no clue either and when I called to ask I was given three different possible companies.

Mike was great! Flexible with my schedule and super professional! Had my problem solved within minutes! Sage had me feeling so much better from the minute I called. Also the price was unbeatable!

I had 2 other locksmith business leave me on seen , i wouldve been more then happy to mention those companies .. but all set aside found these guys and had someone out in no time .. really helped out being the fact i needed my car for work tomarrow , infiniti guy ✌ highly recommend these guys not for the talk but they got to me when i most needed .. thanks sage !🔒

I’ve never had to use a locksmith before and Sage was quick and had someone come out within 15 minutes. Roni is a great asset to the company and made this a truly easy and quick process. Take care of this guy because quality employees are tough to find nowadays.

Great service, David came out on time and was very professional. From the moment I called sage locksmith they treated me so well! Also their price was unbeatable.

So we went on vacation and came home in early hours of the morning just to find out we took the wrong keys with us and found ourselves locked out of our home.

We called David Locksmith who is either affiliated or is someway apart of Sage Locksmith. His response time was on point but his attempt to pick our lock was less than stellar. what I found interesting is he drive home even before attempting to pick the lock that he may have to drill the lock off. That was very interesting although needing in our home we were at his mercy. His attempt to pick the lock was unsuccessful and he than drilled our lock off.

The aftermath was a lock set that we would consider cheap as compared to our original and the bill that was paid was damn near $500.

A few days later I contacted Sage and was told someone would look into this and call me back. Up until now no call backs.

Beware: my opinion is that he knew he could drill off the lock which is much easier at 3:30am and is an additional cost to do so. We aren't locksmiths we can't challenge.

Well we had another locksmith pick another lock on our main door and that was a Schlage took the man under 3 min....

At this point we have no choice but to leave a review and warn others of our experience as we can't get a call back to resolve and at this point I'd want a substantial refund.

Overcharged. I was told that I would be discounted but I did not. I did not need the double charge only the single to get into my car.

Roni was very professional and did a great job installing a new lock efficiently.

Absolutely the kindest and most amazing service in the entire valley! So very helpful when it comes to getting the right information and extremely quick with responding to those who require this service. 10 out of 10 recommend. If you get Roni, you are one lucky customer! A big thank you to everybody who is part of the team as well.
