  Absolutely the best !!! We were locked out of our RV at a state park while traveling. After calling all locksmiths online that stated they were open and sitting in car all night. Even tried to get recommendations from sheriffs office they weren’t any help. Finally called a tow service they would get us in by prying door frame up but finally mentioned Rueschhoff Locksmith and Security Systems. We had not tried them but because they were stating they were closed and would open at 8:30am by now it was 6:30 am my husband called they answered. Yeah!!!! They came right out, they got our door open quickly, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

  Thanks for calling.. This is a google issue with times open.. Since we have a storefront, we put the time the store is open and nowhere can we change it, other than open 24 Hrs. Then we get calls wondering why we show open 24 Hrs but no one at the store. Can’t win! Thank you again for your kind words, we really do appreciate it.

  Incredible customer service! I was having one heck of a Monday and called in a frantic when my son locked himself in my car. They were there quick and refused to charge me. I am forever grateful for their help!

  The three Mike's that installed our new Rueschhoff home security system are top notch and knowledgeable of their trade! These folks were professional and courteous and above and beyond any service call from any technicians we've ever dealt with. They ensured everyone in our home understood how to run the new system from the control panels and our phones. Mike H went the extra mile to show me how to access and use advanced features of the security system and even got our previously purchased door locks synchronized with the new security system. Something their competition said wasn't possible. We couldn't be happier with the care shown to our entire family and their thoroughness. The new equipment and camera's are leagues ahead of any competitor in this town. Don't waste your time with Select 1 and get mistreated and lied to like we were. Rueschhoff's team are superior in all areas of service and hardware.
