  I very pressed for time today and decided to run into Royal Mail despite my decision to steer clear (see previous review). What a difference a few weeks makes - Today’s rating? 5, that’s FIVE stars. That’s what happens when you employ great people (like George, thank you) who actually know what they’re doing and give a damn about customer service. So I’m planning to give Royal Mail another stab at being my “go to”. Cheers to the management team for listening.

  WHERE'S TRACEY?????? Since she has been gone I have had virtually no service. From Stone faced RUDE guys behind the counter when I need help. The other day, I went in to bring back a package that had been delivered to me by an automatic delivery to a person who had moved out before me. I just wanted to drop it off to return to sender and the RUDE guy behind the counter just kept saying that will be a dollar. I said it was not mine,,,, "that will be a dollar to drop off" After 4 tries to give this to him and explained it wasn't mine, I gave up and went to the Post Office!! Since this new management has taken over and Tracey ahs gone SERVICE and FRIENDLINESS has gone out the window! If I want rude, I would go to the Post Office first!!! STAY AWAY! NOT WORTH BEING OVERCHARGED FOR SERVICES!

  Thank you for your feedback. The $1.00 drop-off fee had been dropped a month before this review, therefore we find the timing of this perplexing. However, if you were charged anytime since mid-November for a package that was fully sealed, labeled and ready to ship please call me and let me know since that is not our policy. As for the rudeness you experienced, we believe this has been remedied. For everyone’s information, the $1 drop-off fee was adopted by previous owners over five years ago and has now been removed by the current owner.   I’m quite close to the woman, Stacie, who provided exceptional customer service. It’s a shame how the “new management” allows the rudeness of his current employees. It’s all about the money. The “new management” is literally nickel and diming people with all those “one dollar here, another two dollars there.” No one seems to care about anything other than filling the cash register. Don’t give this place your business.

  This person is the husband of the former employee who has never been a customer of the store.
