A store that is very convenient for me especially since my other options are driving to Hayward or Ashland. The employees are incredibly nice and the service you receive can't be beat. A+++ overall.

Best selection of meat around. They have local Wisconsin milk in glass jugs that we really appreciate. So grateful to have rondeau's in the cable community!

This small store & hardware store is PERFECT for this area. Instead of traveling 30 miles we can buy locally. My daughters (in their 30s now) have always delighted when they were little in getting something from the hardware store. Many gifts, miscellaneous, and all your basic hardware needs.

I gave Rondeau's 2 stars because they do have a good selection of food and a couple of the employees are very nice and helpful.  However, they're over priced, they open late and close way early.  The hours online do not reflect the actual hours of the store.  They begin closing 10-15 minutes before closing time.  When I was in there it was 5:48.  The meat counter was closed, they were already pulling down cooling blinds and blocking off entire sections of food including their cheese, sour cream, and meat etc.  I don't feel welcome almost every time I walk in there.  If you're going to close as early as 6 or noon on Sundays you should at least.... stay open until that time.  I've had employees roll their eyes at me and be snarky and embarrass me about struggling with the card machine.  If you weren't the only option and your meat selection wasn't phenomenal, I'd be done.

This small store has everything I need. Employees helpful and very knowledgeable.

Handy in town hardware and grocery.  Small town, limited selection but much appreciated.

Great place to pick up all the "stuff" you forgot to get in Hayward Walmart. They have groceries to hardware to live bait and even unsalted peanuts for all the little woodland creatures (see photo).
