Robert did a fine job helping us out on a Saturday.....very knowledgeable technician and would highly recommend his services

Took a lock cylinder missing a key to get rekeyed and keys made. They were pleasant and had the job completed within in the hour.

Service tech arrived within 30 minutes and had me in my house 10 minutes later.  Very pleased with service, professionalism and cost.   Compare the cost of replacing a door or window and this is much quicker and less expensive. Hopefully I will not need this service again, but will use this team if I do!

I called to get a key programmed for my truck.  They told me a tech would be out around 5pm.  Nobody showed up, and I didn't get a call till the next morning around 9am.  They said they didn't forget about me and would be able to do it between 1-4pm that day.  I left work early so I could have this done and still nobody showed up.  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE.  If I could give them a zero star I would for wasting my time and money

Responded to my location within a half hour “after hours” when I locked my keys in my car. Professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I appreciated their 24 hour service.

My realtor and I had to call for services when the seller locked the keys to the house inside. This guy showed up within 30 minutes and was able to get us in after unlocking three separate door locks. He seemed very professional until it came time to pay him. On his website he reports that he takes credit, debit, and checks but when I tried to pay him with credit or debit he told me he wouldn't take it because he didn't want to pay extra fees to process my card plus he'd have to go back to his office to process it. When I told him I would pay the extra fees because I didn't have time to go back to his office and didn't have enough cash on me to pay he demanded another form of payment. I offered him a check but he refused my check because he hadn't heard of the bank before. He demanded that I leave the house (mind you we had to leave the doors open since we didn't have keys!) and go to an ATM to get him money now. This guy wouldn't take no for an answer and was VERY unprofessional and argumentative. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as he wasn't even willing to take forms of payment he advertised on his website!!!

The Gentleman who came to fix my door at my place of business (Discount Tobacco on Sheridan rd) was extremely nice and professional!

I would NEVER recommend this company.  I was told the technician would be out in 20-30 minutes. It took over an hour and 20 minutes to arrive.  The dispatcher was extremely rude and interrupted me and gave excuses and refused to compensate for the increased time.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The Reuben sandwich was awesome and the service was great. The waitresses all have great personalities.

Was very fast at getting to my car, called and they were here in 10 minutes
Very pleased and reasonable price.
