  Im the Manager at the Pines Motel, I called Scott last Minute to help me with changing all of my locks on the entire building. Not only was he very helpful with explaining things to me, very reasonable with prices, and quick to get the job done, he was just a very enjoyable person to talk to and due buisness with. We Will use River City Lock Service, from this point forward

  Arrived quickly to exchange the back door knob that decided to start locking on it's own! He installed the original knob back in August 2019 and stood by his product. The new knob works great and ,by the way, he is also a very kind and pleasant person.

  I am the manager of the Elm's motel in West union Iowa and Scott did a fantastic job with my motel doors, the doors are old and it was a difficult job to do but he never gave up, and he came 2 days before he thought he would be able to because he worked very fast knowing i was in a bind with keys. Highly recommend he is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met.
