They always come through for me. Locked out of car? They get me back in fast. Lost a Uhaul key? A horrible ordeal, don't recommend it to anyone, but in the end it was Rick's who saved the day and replaced the key - by far the easiest part of it all. Need building locks replaced? Done. Always for a more than reasonable price with courteous service.

They actually got to me faster than estimated due to the rain. They got me in my vehicle. Side note: I was in the advance auto parts parking lot and wish I knew they sold Jimmy's for $12 vs the $100 to get my vehicle unlocked. The dude just wiggled what looked like his own personal key in the door lock and worked it loose... ... . . ..

Always professional and fast. Had a key fob programmed and price was way better than dealerships or some other locksmiths in the area. I love businesses that make you feel appreciated and you can count on them for professionalism. Thanks for the great service.

I recently broke a key off in my front door. The lock is very dated and not easy to fix on my own. I called Rick's Lock & Key this Saturday morning and by lunch Chris Warren was at my home. In fact, I received a text that he was en route, a picture of what he looked like and additional contact info. He was at my home within minutes. Chris was polite and very kind. He was able to extract the key, rekey the lock, copy 4 keys and rekey our back door to match all within 20 minutes. He is a lock Jedi! So fast and my new locks are so nice and easy to use. It was such an exceptional experience and I will refer everyone I know to Rick's Lock & Key! If you're blessed to get Chris as your locksmith, you'll know exactly how awesome he is. If I could give them more stars I would. Absolutely excellent!

These guys helped us so much! We are traveling from out of state with reservations at a local campground. Somewhere along the way we lost our camper keys. These men opened our camper, made us a new key, and got us back on the road within minutes. They will never know how much we appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

They were fast and did a fantastic job! They quoted me a price and ended up being quite a bit cheaper. Professional and fast is the way to go!

I called Rick's lock and key to retrieve my keys which were locked in my vehicle. They told me that no one was available and that someone would be available in the morning at about 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. I have to be at work at 4:00 a.m. so that would not work out for me also it said that it was a 24-hour service it was 8:00 at the time p.m. and no one was available so this is the reason for the one star review

Super quick service when I locked my keys in my car,very friendly,wouldn't recommend anyone else! If you have lock problems,GO TO RICK'S LOCK AND KEY!

Rick's was unable to make a key for my vehicle but charged me $70 for the service call.  I paid them thinking that they made a good faith effort to make a key and the security system of the vehicle was the problem.
However, I called another locksmith take a look at the vehicle and he was able to make me a set of keys in an hour.  I called Rick's to complain and they told me they would "talk to the owner".  I haven't heard back from them.
