  On a family vacation and locked my keys in the car. 2 other businesses said they would not come because we were staying in a cabin and they didn’t want to drive on the off-road. This company advised they could help me and they responded in 45 minutes which I will admit is fast for our location. The representative that arrived was very polite and quickly unlocked my vehicle without causing any damage. I would recommend Rich’s Towing to everyone.

  My daughter’s car was completely disabled & Rich helped out immensely. Due to the tight parking space she was in, she had to be turned around before being loaded on the flatbed. Very professional, courteous & prompt. If anyone in the area needs assistance in a hurry…this is the place to go.
