  The only place in town that can make keys and won't have "sorry out of service". Life savers! Kiosks in town were all broken and they were the only people who had what I needed

  Will not be coming here again. The gentlemen who cut the keys were very nice, even the elderly gentleman who asked me if I had been helped. I replied to the older gentleman "Yes, he is just having problems with my key in the back" in a very polite way because I wasn't mad or anything. Then the older woman with a cane yelled at me and said "WELL IT TAKES TIME, EVEN HOURS. BE PATIENT" and the older gentleman told her to calm down and I even said "I'm not angry, my key is giving him issues which is the truth, he even told me." The lady apologized but still will not come here. I never sounded hostile and for her to react like that is unprofessional.
