HOWEVER, ONE STAR overall as This is not the company that provides services and it lots of stops and lack of info upfront.

I call them and make an appointment.
get a call from another answering service, then another # will call to connect, then another # will text saying a technician is trying to getting in touch. So upfront, I’m confused but in a pickle and need to keep the appointment

the second answering service was quick to help and get connect me with the actual service provider/technician from another company, Pros On Call (who were great and I wish i went directly to them)

The most unfortunate was getting a quote from Residential Lock to rekey only to find out that they didn’t mention service fee, cost per hour for work AND the flat fee quotes isn't honored.

Overall, could be decent option for someone but for me who is not familiar with getting a locksmith I found this complicated and frustrating when not getting all and accurate info upfront. Lesson learned.

Great experience. Quick and easy experience. Guy was here in less than 15 mins and got me in real quick. Can't recommend enough.  Don't hesitate to call them to get these services cheap locksmith, 24 hour locksmith, mobile locksmith, home lockout and Locksmith
