  After hitting a deer my daughter called Reggie's Lock & Key Towing & Recovery at 11:30 at night requesting a tow, (waking the guy up no doubt), said he would be there. In the meantime she calls us her parents we were less than 30 minutes away. We go to the scene where she is on the side of the highway ( mind you she is sick, we all were..me, her Dad, and our 4 year old grandson- her son) her heater is no longer working due to the deer damage, it's freezing cold! We wait with her for over 2 hours, Reggie's never showed!! Tried calling him several times, it would immediately go to voicemail where you were unable to leave a message! We think the guy must have turned his phone off and went back to sleep!! He could have at least called her back and said he wasn't coming, was running late.. anything!! With the front end demolished and only one light, and car only going at top speed of 35mph. (eventually would only get up to 10mph) we got it home. Called Cathey's out of Warren the next morning and they came and picked the car up for us and took it the repair shop!! Very nice people, told us to call them ANYTIME and they'd be there! (Car was deemed totaled by insurance.- Small car, muscular 7 point Buck..it didn't stand a chance 😬😏)

  I'm 5 hours from home when someone hit my car at a busy intersection. The policeman gave me choices for a towing company and the only name I could remember was Reggie's. Thank the Lord! These people are the embodiment of the phrase " over and above!" The man who showed up said he would take me to a hotel (no car, late at night, no Uber, etccc) and in route, I stayed feeling nauseous and shaky. He said let's go to the hospital. He got out and helped me out of the wrecker. Then, the next day Reggie sent Trace to come to my hotel and take me to the yard to get important stuff from my car. WHO DOES THIS? I was overwhelmed. They made a horrible situation PLEASANT. All because they have people who care!! I've never left a review this long.

  Fast pickup and delivered my broke down car to the shop. Had to pay a little more on the weekend but it's all good. Good people.
