I had bought a key from Amazon but I needed it to be cut. I went to multiple places but was denied each time. The few places willing to cut the key wanted some outrageous prices. They cut the key for a very reasonable price. They made sure the key fit the door and the ignition. Overall I was satisfied

My husband misplaced our car keys, And when we bought our car gm was on strike so we didn’t have a spare, The same day after hours Frances from reeds came right to our house and was able to make us 2 keys, He was very professional and very helpful. I definitely recommend reeds. They were remarkable.

Tech came to my residence and was here for a total of 8 mins max. Then gave me a bill for over $94.  I called the same day to inquire about the bill and was told someone would get back to me the same day. Now fast forward it's now over 4 weeks and noone called me back. I called today and the receptionist was being very rude and condescending towards me. She also hung up the phone while I was still talking. If you can avoid using this service please do because they do not value their customers.

Quick friendly service. Ordered 2 new key fobs for our daughters car. Had to be ordered in. Quick delivery and programming was able to be done on my lunch break 🙂

The price was great better than my local one the guy was nice and they come out to me definitely recommend thank you for making me my motorcycle key!

If I could give negative stars I would.  I inherited a system from the previous home owner, but apparently I was on the "edge of their service area."  So it was a real joy listening to them bring this up every single time you called them, really felt like our business mattered!  The bigger issue was when one of our current sensors went bad and they needed to come out to apply a new sensor.  The tech was in our house for a total of 10 minutes to mount the new sensor and program the system, I get a bill for over $310 ($30 part but $280 dollars for their time) - This was after we waited for almost 2 weeks for them to come to our house b/c they were too busy with other customers.  When I called to discuss, as I felt the charges for the time were unreasonable, I was initially told that Mrs. Reed would call me to discuss further.  After waiting a week and not hearing from her, I called back only to be treated very rudely by the receptionist who apparently had the answers for everything but had no authority to make decisions.  I will be very happy to find another security provider, and one who actually appreciates our business!  Do not work with this company!

My key to my Miata started to crack and was getting to the point where I didn't want to use it anymore. Took it to Reed's and their lead technician helped me out. My key ended up being a badly cut version of the original, which is why it was cracking. The other key the previous owner provided was cracked as well. They ended up generating me a new code which he wrote down for me to keep in case I ever needed it in the future. The new key he cut is amazing and shows no sign of wear, I've had it for about 4 months now. They had great customer service and he showed and talked me through everything he did so it was a great learning experience as well! Would recommend to anyone in need of their services.
