  I was really stressed I flushed my keys down the toilet what a mess. They came out with no problem reassured me that they could replace my keys with no problem. They were Fast and efficient with great customer service will be doing business with them again. Thank you so much for the great service

  * I would like to rate them a 0 if I could !! I called at 11:30 am and he said I have a job in Erie and will be at your place about 12:30. I said fine. About 20 minutes later a different guy called up and says Locksmith. I said I already spoke to someone and he will be here soon. He says ok and hung up. At 2:10 pm I called the original guy, I believe from California to see where he is after texting him with no response, earlier. He says oh I don't have the right tool to drill out a new lock on your door so they gave the job to another guy. I said someone called and ALL they said was Locksmith, no name. I said I have someone already coming and he says ok. He never explained ANYTHING About he's doing it now or he has a tool to drill and that's why he is calling or anything ! I wasted hours of my day. I guess my presumption that Locksmiths are fly by night and not the best communicators is correct. I told the guy at 2:10 pm. Forget It. I will call a reputable company that knows how to communicate !!! ** Extremely Disappointed in Red Rocks Locksmith.

  I reviewed the file, you are right there was a miscommunication between the office and the techs out in the field and I do apologize for that. I have addressed it with our teams in hopes that we can avoid this issue moving forward.
