  Rick is extremely competent & resourceful in pursuing & finding fixes to complex mechanical "locking challenges". More importantly to me is his honesty & good business sense to keep the customer informed of status & even the simple things like advising arrival times on site. A great business because of the character of its owner/operator.

  I can't tell you how happy I was with Erich's expertise and craftsmanship today on a couple of projects I needed to be done around the house with some locking mechanisms. First off, let's talk about how responsive he was. I sent him a note Sunday evening (during a holiday no less) and he contacted me within about 30 minutes to discuss my project even though it wasn't an emergency! He showed up when he said he would, practiced recommended pandemic protocol :-), and listened while I explained the issues I was having with a combination lock as well as my desire to re-key the entire house. Erich offered suggestions, explained the work he was performing and made sure I was comfortable with the proposed solution and that it met my needs. Additionally, he spotted a potential security issue while updating the locks in my shop and brought it to my attention along with several solutions and the advantages of each. I was thankful that he was concerned about the security of my belongings without the motivation to sell me additional services. Needless to say, he was spot on and I took advantage of his expertise to further secure my outbuildings. I am pretty sure I took care of everything I needed with this visit but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Erich and Raven Lock & Safe to anyone in need of Locksmith services. It's nice when you meet someone who is passionate, knowledgable, and professional and I can tell you that Erich is all of those things and more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
