  Staff was accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to reprogram keys for my daughter's car when the dealership could not. The dealership wanted to charge me for a diagnostic and a repair before reprogramming I highly recommended calling rackliffe first for key needs.

  The tech was professional, neat and efficient. We were able to have 3 locks replaced for a very reasonable price and are very pleased with the final product. We will definitely use them again!
