  As a new business owner in town, I called to have new keys made for our faculty. Ron said he would be out in 30-45 minutes. I called 2 hours later and he said he wasn’t gonna be played by someone again??? If he knew who I was as a businessman, I don’t play people. He told me to find someone else to do the job; which I will do. But this was the height of unprofessionalism! I have 4 executives from corporate w me and Ron has made me look like a fool as we sit here waiting! I called Scott cross town and he would be happy to come help us! Grumpy old man named Ron. Only has a fax machine and takes only cash? And I’m the shady one???

  Let's get the complete story here...I know if he could of gotten an answer from you when he called to see if you were at the property... things would of went alot smoother. He always calls ahead so he doesn't have to drive a half hour...as in your case...to find out no one was there. And yes...we only havel a fax machine...& have ALWAYS done well with it. And I don't know where you get that only accepting check or cash is shady. There are other businesses that do the same. Ron's been in this business for 47yrs. & he has a VERY LARGE amount of clients & walk in customers. He has ALWAYS done VERY WELL in his business & will continue to run his business accordingly.
